Usage of dental vacuum forming sheet

Generally speaking, 2mm hard sheet is used for making retainer.
1mm,1.5mm soft sheet is used for making teeth whitening mouth tray.
3mm soft sheet is usually used for making Boxing sheath to protect teeth.
